The numbers

Thermal gradient

152025303540 °C
24–26°Cool side
29–32°Warm side

A real gradient, 29–32°C warm against 24–26°C cool, so the animal chooses. The sheet states no separate night figure.

Why

Same scale on every sheet here, so two species compare by eye.

The sheet stateswarm 29-32 °C / cool 24-26 °C

Humidity

40–50%Target RH

The sheet states40-50 %

UVB

Not needed for this species

Stated in the sheet, not inferred.

The sheet statesthey have no requirements for UVB however, if you chose to add UV lighting Bull Snakes require Ferguson zone 2 lighting

Traceable. The figures above appear in the page we cite, which we opened on 10 Aug 2026. That means you can check them, not that we have confirmed they are right. reptco.co.uk

What your climate adds

This sheet states a range to hold. Your local climate decides how much work holding it is. Pick the nearest city: nothing is sent anywhere, the choice stays in this browser.

What it needs

A heat sourcebecause Temperature — warm 29-32 °C / cool 24-26 °C
A thermostat to regulate itbecause Temperature — warm 29-32 °C / cool 24-26 °C
A thermometerbecause Temperature — warm 29-32 °C / cool 24-26 °C
A hygrometerbecause Humidity — 40-50 %
No UVB: the sheet states none is neededbecause UVB — they have no requirements for UVB however, if you chose to add UV lighting Bull Snakes require Ferguson zone 2 lighting
Not stated: The size of the enclosurethis sheet describes the enclosure without a figure: « vivarium bois de 3-4 pieds (91-122 cm) de long »

Every line above is deduced from a value this sheet states, and names which one. Nothing here is a general recommendation. What the sheet does not state is listed too, rather than left out: a kit that looks complete is worse than one that names its gap.

Food

Diet

Feeding rhythm

every 10–14 dAs an adult
2Meals in 28 days

Twenty-eight days, one row. Each band is a meal window. The sheet gives several ages on one line; this is the adult figure.

Why

The windows widen as they go because the interval is a range: four meals after a 10–14 day cycle land anywhere between day 40 and day 56.

The sheet statesappropriately sized mice or rats; hatchlings can be fed pinkie mice; Feed juveniles every 5-7 days, and adults every 10-14 days

The species

National law is not global, and we hold no national wildlife law for any country, Thailand included. Check your own authority before buying or selling.

Questions & sources

Common questions

How big does it get?

1.8 to 2.4 metres and thick-bodied. This is a large snake that needs a proper big enclosure, not a rack tub.

Does it make noise?

Yes. It has a very loud hiss, almost a growl, when startled. It is a bluff, not an attack.

Does it bite?

Mostly bluff, but it is strongly food-driven and it is not venomous. A bite from a snake this size still bleeds.

How much does it cost to feed?

Adults take a large rodent every week or two, so food is affordable. The bigger cost is the enclosure.

This sheet states 6 of 7 of the fields this product runs on. What is missing turns something off: day/night engine and awake count on the globe. We show the gap rather than fill it with a plausible number.

UVB is measured but does not count: it is absent from 420 of 678 sheets, and on most of them that is not a gap, since a nocturnal snake's sheet has no reason to state a UV index. Counting it would call the library incomplete without cause.
